PRODUCT REPRESENTATION ACCURACY
 

JAK JAES LTD have taken great care in presenting the products on our website and every effort has been made to illustrate colours, size accurately. However, this is not always possible due to factors including, but not limited to;
 

• Variations within the manufacturing process.

• Differences with your screen resolution and display colour calibration.

• Slight dissimilarities with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms.

Due to these factors, there may be minor variations within the specifications, and we cannot fully guarantee that the true colour/size of the jewellery you purchase will be an exact representation of what is presented on our website.

However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain unintentionally incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are unintentional and we apologise in advance if you have observed any unintentional errors.

ONLINE ORDERS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any products you purchase from  JAK JAES LTD through our website. 

Please take a moment to read these terms and conditions carefully, before completing an order through our website, you will be asked to confirm that you have read, understood and that you agree to all of the terms and conditions. If there are any points in our T&Cs that you do not agree with you must not proceed with placing an order through the website.

PAYMENT

You must be 18+ years old to make a purchase from our website.
Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.

Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.

DELIVERY

We always try our hardest to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. We will make every effort to keep you informed should supply of your product(s) be prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
 

We must stress that during busy seasons and unprecedented times, some deliveries may take longer than expected. This is a situation which is out of our control, but please be assured that our courier will try their best to deliver your item within the quoted timescale.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with the items you have ordered. However, in the unfortunate event you are not completely satisfied with the items(s) you have received, simply return it to us at any time within 30 days of receipt.

 

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 30 days from the day you receive your goods. 

 

If your order consists of multiple items, the 30 day period begins when you receive the last item in your order.

The Consumer Rights Act, which came into force on 1st October 2015, states that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until the goods are received by you, or by someone else you have nominated to receive them on your behalf such as a neighbour. This means that we, the retailer, are liable for the services provided by the couriers we employ.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
 

Please retain all original packaging and wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix a return address label.
 

We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery' (to the value of your purchased item(s)).
 

Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office/courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost upon return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they have returned to us and found to be in good order.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, or part of your order is missing, please contact us and we will work quickly to rectify the issue. We may ask that you provide images, or request further information so we fully understand the problem and can solve the issue as soon as possible.

RETURNS POSTAGE
 

We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged items. Return postage for items returned for any other reason shall be solely at the customers cost.

Please note that earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PERSONALISATION

​

We offer a complimentary engraving service on eligible pieces. The ability to engrave each piece will be detailed on the product page of eligible pieces.

 

Please note: Engraved or personalised items are non-returnable, and non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty.

It is vitally important that when you place your order for item personalisation, you check all of the details, including spelling, dates, grammar and punctuation, and ensure they are correct, as any errors on your part are non-refundable.
 

Should you return an item because of a typographical error on our part, or if the items is defective, then we will replace the item, or refund the full value of the item.
