We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service with every JAK JAES jewellery order. We provide luxury packaging as standard with every JAK JAES purchase because we want to make your experience as memorable as possible.
We always try our hardest to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. We will make every effort to keep you informed should supply of your product(s) be prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
We must stress that during busy seasons and unprecedented times, some deliveries may take longer than expected. This is a situation which is out of our control, but please be assured that our courier will try their best to deliver your item within the quoted timescale.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with the items you have ordered. However, in the unfortunate event you are not completely satisfied with the items(s) you have received, simply return it to us at any time within 14 days of receipt.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple items, the 14 day period begins when you receive the last item in your order.
The Consumer Rights Act, which came into force on 1st October 2015, states that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until the goods are received by you, or by someone else you have nominated to receive them on your behalf such as a neighbour. This means that we, the retailer, are liable for the services provided by the couriers we employ.
Please retain all original packaging and wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix a return address label.
We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery' (to the value of your purchased item(s)).
Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office/courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost upon return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they have returned to us and found to be in good order.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, or part of your order is missing, please contact us and we will work quickly to rectify the issue. We may ask that you provide images, or request further information so we fully understand the problem and can solve the issue as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged items. Return postage for items returned for any other reason shall be solely at the customers cost.
Please note that earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We at hope that you enjoy your purchase from us for years to come. Therefore, we advise that you always store your jewellery in the original packaging provided.
Please store jewellery pieces separately to prevent damage.
Avoid your jewellery coming into contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals that may damage the precious metal plating, where applicable.
We recommend very gently washing it with warm water and a small amount of washing detergent, in a bowl or basin.
Gently pat dry your jewellery with a soft cloth, and use the soft microfibre polishing cloth provided with your jewellery, to bring back the shine.
Occasional cleaning and handling of the piece, using the above procedure, will help to ensure the bright, shiny appearance and longevity of your JAK JAES jewellery.
